I know they used to be sold in Harrods and then discontinued the line. You can find products for really low prices in TJ Hughes and TK Maxx. Both stores have had lipsticks, eye shadows, brushes and more from Pout. Hope this helps!
If you have a shop called Blush, you can still buy it there :)
