Yes...breast implants! Haha but seriously no I dont think so. Just eat A LOT more and try lifting weights.

I think you'll just have to put on some weight.
Its actually HARDER for underweight people to gain muscle and weight than it is for larger people to lose it! You just need to work hard, weight train, weight train, weight train. you will bulk up.
